BMS contains HVAC System monitoring & controls, Lighting
system controls & Monitoring of all other facility
equipments like elevators, escalators, D.G., U.P.S. ,
Energy meters. BMS also does integration with Fire Alarm
systems, Access control Systems, CCTV systems & Public
address systems for better & optimized usage of all these
systems in any situation. It also measures & store data for
strategic planning of optimizing of energy consumption in
the facility.
Now days DDC controllers communicate each other directly on
building LAN & BMS workstation to avoid Supervisory
controller limitations.

It contains two types of controllers one is the main
usually mounted in the plant room while other sub main
controllers are mounted in the AHU's. All the controllers
are linked with one anoter. While sensing devices such as
temprature and humidity sensors are connected to each
specific controller. Main panel is attached with a
computer.Then all the controllers are programmed and their
parameters can be viewed by the computer attached to the
main panel.

In control valve there are two type of valve seat we can use metal to metal seat & soft seat.On this valve seat i have following doubt. 1)I have never seen practically the internal assembly of valve so my doubt is that basically weather the seat is soft seat or metal its basic MOC is same as valve body(SS or CS) only in soft seat we are using PTFE ring & place on valve seat & in metal this PTFE ring is not threr am i correct??????? 2)what are the common general rule for using metal to metal seat & soft seat,means its depend on process parameter like liquid,gas, steam & on valve leakage class.
