First Look at Question i.e. What is BMS (Building Managment System)& is AHU / HVAC are in BMS. (not Burner Managment System)
BMS stands in diffrent form in diffrent feilds like BMS also stans for Buissiness Management System so on.

Building Managment System is a Automated Controlled based system which instaled in Building/Shopping mall/ Buisness Centre etc. to Operate ,Controll and Monitore the
buildings Electrical and Mechanicle Equipment including Fire Alarm system, Access control, CCTV systems, Boilers trough monitoring system (Personel Comuter).
