Above ans is correct but example wise in in substation the
distance between live part of insulator & the nearest
earthing point is called a creepage distance

i have one ground earth for my shop but now he showing 11v how ever my machine engineer said that he require less than 3v how can we reduce it, i have put 8 bucket salty water in it
