HENCE AT STARTING MOST OF FLUX LINKING TO THE DEMPER WDG. &
DUE TO THIS ,IT IS PROVIDE A HIGH RESISTANCE TO THE WINDING
AT STARITNG & LIMIT THE CURRENT AT STARTING , HENCE HIGH
