1. The first step to handle the customer anger is listen
to him/her poroperly and completely.
2. Then search that why the problem arise or what went
wrong.
3. Then give him facts and infirmations related to
particular complaint.
4. Then solve his/her complaint immidiately
5. The last step in solving cusyomer anger is follow-up.
Keep on asking him that he has been satisfied with the
solution or not

something wrong with him , so first step is to know the
exact prom.
make him comfortble to talk further, and
then assure him politly to solve the problem, and at last
step prove yourself by solving the prom then only customer
can be retained which is a very essential for any
organization.

dissatisfation is reasonable or not.
step2.if its reasonable we must want to controll the angry
customer and then with the help of the customer we want to
proceed our methods clearly.or
step3.if we didn't get a chance to proceed towards the
customer we want to request the customer to speak out.
then we get what the customer understood from us.then
clearly explaining our things to the customer.
