step.1 first ofall understanding the customer
dissatisfation is reasonable or not.
step2.if its reasonable we must want to controll the angry
customer and then with the help of the customer we want to
proceed our methods clearly.or
step3.if we didn't get a chance to proceed towards the
customer we want to request the customer to speak out.
then we get what the customer understood from us.then
clearly explaining our things to the customer.
