The main components of a Central Chiller Plant (CCP) are as follows:

1. Chillers: These are the heart of the system, responsible for generating cold water through vapor compression or absorption processes.
2. Cooling Towers: They cool the warm condenser water released by the chillers and return it to the system.
3. Pumps: These pumps circulate chilled water from the chillers to the air handling units and return the warmed water back to the chillers.
4. Air Handling Units (AHUs): These units distribute cooled air throughout the building, while exhausting warm air outdoors.
5. Control System: This system manages all components of the CCP, ensuring proper operation and energy efficiency.

What is the difference between the watt hour meter and Var hour meter in terms of internal connection and work theory . ie "When the meter records watt-hour an when the meter records var hours ??"

How do i perform grounding of star point of Genset (400V) for making connection with step up transformer of DELTA-DELTA (400V to 20KV) ? while Genset itself has its own neutral and grounding bus bar inside genset breaker box whereas we have another neutral and grounding busbar in synchronizing panel next to genset at maximum distance of 6meter, would someone pls advice if we can only perform neutral grounding in synchronizing panel or should we ground neutral on both places inside genset breaker box and synchronizing panel.
