yes. the max. rating of the bulb is 230 v. its not meaning
that it wont work in 100v or 150v something. but the
illumination would be depends on the rating of the input
voltage.

I think 230V DC supply is large as compare with 230V A.C.If
we use same rating there is damage to the appliances.(which
is specially inicating the rating on the appliances)

i seriously dnt think the neither the bulb nor the heater
will work on DC coz its strictly written on both of them
230V AC only.
