say a transformer is designed for 33/11kv step down with
ratio 0.33 for load 1 mva. if am giving 11kv as a input
that same transformer what will happen to its o/p voltage.
and whether it can be operated for 500kva

Answer / ankamsreekar
the current rating on 33kv side with full load is 30.30 in
case of 1ph transformer. if we apply 11kv to 33kv side the
transformer rating will be 333.33 KVA insted of 1MVA.the
voltage will be 3.66kv.
