Answer / salam
Corrosion occurs where levels of oxygen or carbon dioxide
are high, where ph values are low, where contact occurs
between dissimilar metals and in damp environment.
Erosion is a mechanical wearing away of metal or other
material by impingement of ash particles or a cutting of
the metal.

Corrosion means the chemical reaction resulting material
loss through oxidation or sulphites. For example rust
(FeO2) etc. But Erosion is physical / mechanical material
loss due to continuous action. For example Big rocks are
being cut by water falls, with a thin wire we can cut any
thickness metal.

Corrossion:Chemical reaction weaken the material and turns
to is ore.
Erosion:Weaken the material due to abrassive action of
suspended particles at high velocity.

corrossion: The chemical or electrochemical reaction
between a material, usually a metal, and its environment
that produces a deterioration of the material and its
properties.
erosion: The act or operation of eroding or eating away

corrosion is a chemical reaction which can only distroy the ferrous materials(ferro-metals).But non-metals it can't.
In case of erosion it just not limited for ferrous or non ferrous metals because it is a mechanical action(loss) which can distroy any contacting surfaces too for a while.
