initially we need three phase supply from the grid for
excitation.we have to start the motor as a generator,and
then by using the external energy we have to increase the
speed of the motor above syn speed.after that it starts
working as a induction generator

yes i agree, it generates power due to the residual flux
in the rotor but without excitation i can't get high power
because a small flux

In Slip ring Induction Motor we use Liquid Rotor Starter for Starter Every Time Liquid Filling we need add Soda Sodium Carbonate or only Distilled water is Enough.
