NGR; means Neutral Grounding Resistor, it used to limit the
fault current where rotating parts directly connected.

it is used to limit the current flowing through ground.
it measures the resistance between the neutral and the GND.
and it is good 2 flow the current through the NGR instad of
direct flow eor a stable power system.
