if we are not concerned about the initial investment, the
best method for cooling such transformer is nitrogen
cooling or hygrogen cooling.

But this method is too costlier and having best overall
efficiency.

If it is oil immersed & equipped with radiators than It may
cooled with forced air by introducing fans, If you want to
enhanced it's effeciency more than introduced Forced Oil by
using pump & circulating oil continously.

COOLED. IT MEANS THAT COOLING OIL IS CIRCULATED WITH MOTOR
AND THIS AREA IS COOLED WITH FORCED COOLING FANS.
