The best way to judge person attitude that how he behave
during interview..way of talking ...his convincing power to
others..direct eye contact with interviewer...is person able
to understand problem and able to solve it?...mannerism
should be in his personality.

Hi, The best way to judge someone's attitude in the company
is when he is under work pressure...then how he behaves
with you if you ask him about the work he is doing and ask
for some help!!

different subjects and questioning several question based on
that and those if you being a good listener and a
situation comes that your are able to predict whats she/he
