Technical and Managerial skills are very important for any
kind of organization. To lead an organization as a HR, i
felt that the above said skills are needed. So i gone for
MBA.

as all of us know that computer knowledge is important for

Hr is the passion for me .Computerscience is a UG degree.I
feel HR is more employee oreineted and its helps to know the
work environment,people,different tasks.On the whole its the
best field to know more about human relations and the work

i completed my B.E(CSE) in the year 2006 and i have 2.6 years of recruitment exp both in consultancy and corporate.. now i want to switch to SAP-HR, can anyone let me know, if i do SAP-HR course, can i get job into SAP-HR?? NOTE: I dont have MBA-HR kindly suggest me, ASAP !!!!! Regards Recruiter
