How to take of Transformer oil Break down voltage test?

i assume your question is how to take transformer oil for
breakdown voltage test.
the sample is taken from the oil drain cork. the containers
and any other equipment used for this job must be ensured it
is dry and not contaminated or this contamination will
influence the oil test results.
1. The sample is connected from the drain cork through a
small hose to a syringe. the initial oil is not taken. from
the syringe the oil is transfered to a sample bottle slowly
without forming air bubbles or too much external atmospheric
contact.this oil is used to test for the dielectic breakdown
voltage in a special tester.the minimum breakdown voltage
depends on the operating systems voltage and local
regulations.
