all the vechiles have only one wire system as they are
isolated from eart ,neg terminal connected to the body of
vechile and acts as a return path, trough + wire we can any
applinces in the vechile

earthing means not only connecting the all live bodies parts
in to the earth by means metal piece.the main theme of the
earthing is creating a return or closed path to flow
unwanted rush currents same like in the aircrafts all the
grounding wires of electrical appliances in the plane ware
connected to neg terminal of the battery hence the lekage
current will flow through this neg terminal

Answer / partha mandal
a electronegative charge is created in the air craft, and all the earth terminals are made connected to it to eliminate the leakage voltage. An earthing means neutralizing the leakage voltage not the returning path.

due to the friction between the air and aeroplane mettalic
body the surrounding of aeroplane become the conductive this
offer aeroplane body as good earthing surface so it is used
as erthing in aeroplane

as like earth when plane is flying in air it behaves like a
base (earthing)body & as like earth in plane body earthing
is done.

Answer / not needed
no earthing is needed for ship and aeroplane bcoz sea water
and air is used as free discharging media
