Electrical: It deals with power generation, transmission,
distribution & utilization of electrical energy at high
efficiency.
Electronics: It deals with distortionless production,
transmission and reception of datas and signals of milli
watts to few watts without considering much about
efficiency.

1.generally we consider electrical with high voltages like
kv's but in electronics only low ac and dc voltages
2.maximum we use conductors for electrical but in
electronics we use pcb's(printed circuit boards)

The term electrical engineering may or may not encompass
electronics engineering. Where a distinction is made,
electrical engineering is considered to deal with the
problems associated with large-scale electrical systems
such as power transmission and motor control, whereas
electronics engineering deals with the study of small-scale
electronic systems including computers and integrated
circuits.[1] Another way of looking at the distinction is
that electrical engineers are usually concerned with using
electricity to transmit energy, while electronics engineers
are concerned with using electricity to transmit
information.
