Please define ampere?
Answer / Pawan Kumar Tiwari
Ampere (A) is the SI unit of electric current. It is named after the French physicist Andre-Marie Ampere. One ampere is defined as the constant current that, when passed through two straight, parallel, infinitely long conductors of negligible cross-section and placed 1 meter apart in vacuum, would produce a force between them of exactly 2 x 10^-7 newtons per meter of length.
