How do you calculate the power of centrifugal pump?
Answer / Prashant Mishra
The power (P) of a centrifugal pump can be calculated using the following formula:nP = H * Q * ρ * g, wheren- H is the head of the fluid in meters (m)n- Q is the volume flow rate of the fluid in cubic meters per second (m³/s)n- ρ is the density of the fluid in kilograms per cubic meter (kg/m³)n- g is the acceleration due to gravity, approximately 9.81 m/s²
