installation process of orifice,a question asked for confusion creation in interview by BARC 1.if orifice is tightly fitted with pipe ,it will act like venturi 2.if orifice is left hanging in between liquid it will not create the pressure difference exactly,

If a normal magnetic type flow transmitter that can measure flow, temperature and show this parameters on field, is it possible by any means to get this (flow and temperature) parameters info. On dcs? And if yes then with HART, FO communication or any other communication system?

What is the minimum rating availalbe for weld neck orifice in market?
We have a Yokogawa Micro-XL DCS, which is having around 300 I/O, but whenever there is any wire gets grounded in field, the 24v supply to all loops gets dipped & all the indications at DCS goes to IOP(shows input open), at present we have fixed 500mA fuses in all the lines but which does not working. Does it required to replace with lower amps fuse, then how much or is there any other solution for this.

ITS CALIBRATE RANGE IS.. . 0 TO 950 MMH20 ..I DID CALIBRATED DPT WITHOUT REMOVING IMPULSE LINE OF HIGH AND LOW TAPPING.. & WITHOUT DISTURB 3 WAY MANIFOLD..!!! BUT ,,, DURING CALIBRATION I SELECT RANGE BY HART LRV IS 900 MMH20 & URV IS 1300 MMH20 ,, BUT ,TANK LEVEL SOMETIMES 100 % AT 1100 MMH20 , SOMETIMES 1300 MMH20 ..IN THIS CONDITION .. WHOLE LOOP FAILED ,, MAIN THING IS THAT ,, HOW TO CUSTOME RANGE SELECT ?? AND IF I USED RANGE OVER THE ORIGINAL CALIBRATE RANGE ,,,THEN WHAT ERROR WILL BE COME ??? HOW TO ZERO CALIBRATION OF DPT... How can i solve the problem of ROSEMOUNT 5300 guided wave level transmitter of full range? For more clearfication , another guided wave level transmitter VEGA brand have the same problem and i solved it by drain the champer from water and make "false signal suppretion" from transmitter push buttons it's configuration to tell the transmitter to avoid any built-up signal ,,, so my question how can i avoid the problem that rosemount read full range while the champer empty or any other ????
