aternator every parts and its working
Answer / Kratika Sharma
Alternator, also known as an AC generator, is a machine that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy in the form of alternating current (AC). It consists of several key components: 1. Rotor: A rotating part that contains a set of electromagnets or windings. 2. Stator: The stationary part that has conductors arranged around a hollow cylinder, called slots. 3. Field poles: Magnetic poles that are fixed to the stator and create a magnetic field when an electric current flows through them. 4. Armature: A rotating part of the alternator containing windings that generate the output voltage. The working principle of an alternator involves the rotation of the rotor inside a stationary magnetic field, which induces an alternating current in the armature conductors.
