The contactor chattering problem can be addressed to minimize noise issues in a temperature controller by: 1) Adjusting the contactor's hysteresis band width to reduce oscillations. 2) Implementing a filter or smoothing algorithm on the output signal of the temperature controller. 3) Using a contactor with lower electromagnetic noise generation characteristics.
