Territory manager has to manage the business and achieve sell target in the given territory which is assigned to him by the Management.
Secondly,he has to perform and monitor different Promotional activities to increase the sell.He should develop healthy environment amongst the team members. to make the secondary sales as his responsibility.
and in terms of primary sales responsibility he should develop strong relation with the company's Direct customers(Distributors) as well as try to keep in touch with the end user so that he can understand the customer demand and if there is something wrong happening in the market then he can solve it.
