1.The magnetic flow meter should not shows the error if it is properly grounded and properly terminated with transmitter.
2.Always the installation should be made like valves before and after the sensors. while showing error in the meter, you should close the downstream and upstream valves to check the zero. If it is shows zero then there is no error in the zero point.

3.Check the span error by weihging the flow. the sensor output pipeline should be connected to the tank and measure the tank area, fill the tank and check the span between tank capacity and the flow rate.

4.make sure that the observing coils inside the sensors are clean. else try to clean the same.

short circuit the two electrode (E1 and E2) in the terminal and adjust the zero (4 ma)
