the question is about closed circuit ,not closed loop mr. makku

kcl is applicable for closed circuits because even they do have nodes

kcl can not be applicable in close loop bçoz it implies that the sum of incoming and outgoing current should be same but in case of closed loop the current is circulate.KCL is applicable to any lumped network irrespective of the nature of the network
