Answer / sfz ans
M20 (1: 1.5: 3)
Wet mix = (Dry mix)x 1.52 ie: 52% more
Cement = [ 1/(1+1.5+3) ]x 1.52 = 0.2763cum
ie: 0.2763cum/1cum conc
ie: 0.2763cum/35.25cft conc
ie: 0.00783 cum/cft conc
ie: (0.00783/.0347)bags = 0.2258 bags = 0.2258 x 50 = 11.29kg
Therefore
Sand = 11.29 x 1.5 = 16.941 kg
Agg = 11.29 x 3 = 33.87 kg
Note: But Concrete is always estimated in cubic meters.

Answer / sumit
for 1 cubic meter (1:1.5:3)
1/1:1.5:3*1.52*28.8=6.4bags of cement
sand 6.4 *50*1.5= 480 cu ft
agg 6.4*50*3=960kg
| Is This Answer Correct ? | 3 Yes | 2 No |
Ratio for concrete M20 equal is 1,1,2
Total volume equal is 1cft
Concrete dry volume equal is 1.52
Cement bags= 1/4*28.8*0.028*1.52 equal is 0.306 bags
= 15.32 kg cements
Sand equal is 1/4*0.028*1.52 equal is 0.170 Cum
= 0.375 cft sand
Agregats equal is 2/4*0.028*1.52 equal is 0.021 Cum
= 0.751 cft agregats
