a laways iface problem with brine level transmitter sealing diaphram a laways giving error and maximum reading i made re range and adjust with side glass but during commission it giving gap reading between it and side glass i need help from expert to explain how to calibrate it.

Does the brine density change? If so, the density change
will appear as a level error.
Has the transmitter been zeroed to correct for out-of-plumb
installation error?
What is a sealing diaphragm? An extended diaphragm on a
flange mounted transmitter?
A capillary connection between the diaphragm and the
transmitter? A capillary connection requires compensation
for fill fluid density and has an inherent temperature error.
What is the low side connection? dry leg? wet leg?
capillary and seal?
Is the level readout in the 'receiver' density compensated?
