The primary winding and secondary winding are connected in series, allowing it to regulate output voltage by varying the current through the windings. However, induction regulators have limited capacity and are not efficient at full load.nn2) Tap Changing Transformer: It is a multi-phase transformer with multiple taps on its windings that allow changing the turns ratio for adjusting output voltage. This type of transformer has higher capacity and efficiency compared to induction regulators, but it requires more complex design and is more expensive.n
