Database only: All queries are processed by Database instead of Cognos. If it is failed.you can get an error and Report won’t run.
Limited Locally: Cognos is allowed to process the Queries, which cannot process completely on the database.

if it is database only cognose eveluate the query and execute in database.
in the case of limited locale cognos do not evaluate the query database evaluate and execute the query id database through error same will be displayed in cognos.

It is possible with out same Queries(both Reports) we can build the drilltrough between them? and how?
