In triangular configuration inductance is of low value then
that of straight line configuration. Low value of inductance
increases power transfer capability and posseses several
other advantage hence it is preferred.

In High voltage 11KV min 400mm 33kv 600mm distance should be maintain, so they are formed in triangular (it is called as triangle formation)
