connected with earth is called dedicated earthing, but
this earth connection should not linked or connected with
other equipment earthing.

Dedicated earthing is normally word used for the earthing done for the electronic equipment ( IT Server or projector in multiplex ) having high valve and can damged due to not having proper earthing or surge it should have neutral and earth 2volts and the single core copper leads is directly taken from earthing pit to the equipment without any joint so that the earthing should be get the minimum resistivity.
