cement part = 1/5, sand part = 4/5
now 1m3 of cement weighs 1440 kg and cube contains only 1/5part of it as cement. therefore, 1/5* 1440 kg cement present . and rest as sand..i.e. 1440*4/5kg

cement &sand ratio is 1:4
i.e.,1 ratio cement for 4 ratio of sand
cement quantity for this ratio =ratio of cement/ratio of sand
=1/4=0.25 ratio cement
we know that 1 m^3 cement =1440 kg
therefore amount of cement =0.25*1440 = 360 kg/m^3
lly the amount of sand is =360*4 =1440 kg/m^3
