1. Panel alignment.
2. Power up DCS with electrical wiring checking.
3. Checking of proper grounding/earthing.
4. Preliminary Electrical I/O testing.
5. Instrumentation Loop checking.

1-proper allignment of pannel 
2 power cable laying from UPS DCDB
3-Checking of proper grounding or earthing
4 Negtive terminal of sup. Vol shuold be zero potential.
 and then connect the power cable with proper polarity.
5 U r now almost ready to switch on the pannel but now
one imp thing is to disconnect all AI/AO CARD connector
6 All connector pin should not be sort with the ground.
7 Now swith on the pannel
8 Next UTP cable laying work from DPU TO HMI.
9.Agfter proper connection of UTP ping the system
with priper IP addresss.
10 .now start loop cheching and one by one signal throwing
10.Aftr then one by one
