2.The conductor is of lesser current rating.

3.Loose connection/faulty cable termination

4.Load is quiet far off from generator.

There is a lot of reasons to droping thevoltage during the
load.

Electrical reason - 1. Excitation voltage is not build up
to the requiered limit.

2.Fuel pump actuator is not working properly.its required a
certain DC voltage for certain load.

Mechanical Reason- If the DG set is more than two cylinders
may be one piston is not working properly, may be push rod
of the piston got broken.

Can you use step up generator transformer of voltage ratio 16.5kv/420kv in place of step up generator transformer 15.75kv / 420 kv
