a 650 KVA diesel generator is 1500 rpm, voltage is 415V n full load amps is 805 something,when are applied load more than 400 amps it's voltage is dropping, what is the reasons...?

There can be one of the following reason for the problem :
1.The AVR may be faulty.
2.The conductor is of lesser current rating.
3.Loose connection/faulty cable termination
4.Load is quiet far off from generator.
