Synchronization is as usual. The load sharing depends upon

Answer / kj
As per the previous answer, synchronising is not a problem.
Using a load sharing module which is set up correctly will
allow the sets to share the load on a percentage basis. In
other words if the load is say 200 kva the load would be
about 65% on each or 38 kva and 161 kva.
