120 kva means you have to supply 3 phase load.
3 phase load with 415 v and unity pf can take a current
according to eqn kva=1.732*Kv*I
I=120*1000/(415*1)=290 A appr

a Generator of 1KVA can supply upto 1.4 amps, so the maximum load could be 1.4*120
