hr is the only one position in any organisation should give importance to both the employees and company.that position should co ordinate both the employee goals and organisation goals. hr is hub between both company and employees. company and employees are two sides of coin. either one importance can not be dispensable.he should consider both the welfare's. this will help for both company and employees growth.

Here HR is the only source for both management and employee for smooth running of the company. He should coordinate and cooperate with company and workforce. He is the main course to the organization at the same time, on the other hand we cant neglect the employees as well. company has their own importance towards the respective divisions.

Hi , I am a graduated in science at the year of 2006 & have started my professional career from that year as an HR personnel and still working. I have also got a bit of sales experiences in between this. Currently I am doing PGD in HRM from ICFAI & has done a Management Development Programme from IIM(Indian Institute of Management).
