You can identify it by insulator, normally for 11KV one
insulator (PIN/Sc kale type) will connect.

the line voltage can be identified by the insulator,ie
number of pin insulators connected basically for 11 kv line
only one pin insulator is used similarly you can see for ehv
line such for mw the number of pin insulator are 14 or more
