For Cable IR(Insulation Resistance) value
In Case of HT Motor Meger value is >1 Gigaohms.
In case of LT motor Mager value is >2 Megaohms.

For Motor IR(Insulation Resistance) value
U1 phase to earth >1000 Megaohms.
V1 phase to earth >1000 Megaohms.
W1 phase to earth >1000 Megaohms.
