any body get electric shock if they touch the power line
by standing earth or the body was grounded, like birds
touches the power line by grounding the can get shock or
simply we can say the birds are not grounded or there is no
closed loop. so they can not get electrical shock.

yes thats why birds can be on 11kV or 33kV lines. But they
cannot lie down on a 132kV line or even get close to them..
Is there any reason for this? I have heard the induction
currents cause this ..is it???

boss as the voltage level increased then the induction is
incresased and when leakage current will LESS and voltage
is high then leakage MVA will be high
