The characteristic harmonics order of the AC current wave
form is h= np+_1 so the 12 pulse converter out put contains
lowest order harmonics 11,13,....becuase of the lowest order
harmonics in 3,6 pulse converters

reason behind why the reverse power relay of incoming machine was not acted even when no load was shifted on incoming machine after synchronising the machines ?

Dear sir, my knowledge about cable size determination is limited. Though I read examples I could not calculate the Cable size required for electric driven pump 40 KW, 380 Volt, 50 HZ, 50 meter from transformer and it is three phase star delta starting.
