Before conclusion we have to review the data. investigation
has to done on test method and on experiment.
if there is no problem in experiment. It may have two
reasons
1. Analytical method is not suitable to get the the
consistant results
2. Sample is not uniform

there may be any one of the reasons:
1. Air bubble in the injector needle (needle wash 2-3 times0
2. carry over might be there.
3. random variation in the flow rate
4. Integration problem (chk the processing method)
5. Sample itself may a problem !
i. solubility issues
ii.sample(generally proteins may be sticking to the
walls of the sample vial and also may be getting
irreversibly stuck on the surface of the column)
iii. temperature change.
