potassium chloride is neutral for uv region so transmittance
should not be less than 100%
abs = -log10 %T
when %T is 100 means 10 power 2
means abs not less than 2

through sample.
Interference of this light is not detrible as they give
wrong results.
It is calibrated by using 1.2%w/v potassium chloride
solution in water.
