For primary treatment we are using mechanical process like separation by using bar screen
Howard flow for separation of oil and grease
Removal of elements like carbon ,nitrogen,sulphur, phosphorus followed by air
Fluidised airobic reactor for pathogonic separation
Upflow followed flocculater separated water and sludge by adding chemicals
Tube settler for crossed trough sedimentation
Chlorine contact for chlorine mixing and Filter feed tank for Dmf and act to treated water tank

during starting of centrifugal pump mechncal seal is required to be vented first
