Why the outpet og DG is 415V not 440V?

Line voltage 440 V means phase voltage 250
v.,400-230,415-240.It depends on voltage rating of 1 phase
appliances used and also of three phase.Generally 230 V
class are used .Allowing for line drop, gen of 415 V line
voltage is preferred.

Input power is 380 - 450 V but with 45 - 55 Hz frequency - desired output is 415 V and 50hz with 1% variation permissible. CVT / Servo dont stabilize the Frequency - what is best solution??
