In our company hair low level or uneducated person who expert in there area like as kariger itc but they was not mature we face these persons so we getted low impression advantage was we face about 2thusent persons

i m a MBA PROFESSIONAL,I HAD WORKED MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FOR 1 YR,AFTER THAT I GOT MARRIED I WORKED AS A LECTURER IN A MBA COLLEGE FOR 1 YR,BS OF MY CHILD I LEFT MY JOB AND STAYED 2 YR IN HOME,NOW I WANT TO JOIN IN CORPORATE,HOW I WILL SHOW MY EXPERIENCE OR I WILL JOIN AS A FRESHER,PS TELL ME RIGHT ANSWER.
