VAR = V*I*SIN(pi)
WHERE SIN(pi) = 1 since pi=90 approx since I capacitive
current is 90 to voltage applied.
so
VAR = V*I
here I is capacitive current
I = V/X
X is capacitive reactance
X= 1/(2*pi*f*C)
so I=V * (2*pi*f*C)
VAR = V*V * (2*pi*f*C)
from above eq we can calculate VAR from given C in farads
