cc means cubic centimeter .it is the totol swept volume of
the engine. a high cc ingine is more lighter and having
more power but it has a problem it use more fuel and a
lighter flywheel also.

CC stands for cubic centimeter. it does not represent total cylinder volume. it is the swept volume. swept volume is when the piston moves from BDC to TDC. if an engine having CC of 300 and if it has one piston, it means swept volume is 300cc. if it has 2 piston then individual piston will have CC of 150.
